GUIDELINES
o   Fees are payable in advance at the office during regular business hours.
o   Parking - One camper & one vehicle per site. Please do not park on the grass or on any unoccupied site.
o   Campfires - Campfires in fire rings only. Please do not move fire rings.
o   Water - Please help us conserve water. Washing vehicles is not permitted.
o   Quite Hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
o   Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your own site.
o   Pets - All pets are to be quiet, leashed and cleaned up after.
o   Fluid Discharges - State law requires that no fluid discharges of any kind, including sink water, be allowed to flow onto the ground.
o   Be Considerate of your neighbors by walking on roads and not through campsites.
o   Grass - Please save our grass - mats are to be placed on the pad or rocks instead of on the grass.
o   Fishing in Spring Lake is catch and release for all guests to enjoy.
o   No Swimming allowed in the lake.
o   Paddle Boats must be registered at office prior to use.
o   Garbage is to be placed in plastic bags and deposited in garbage containers located behind the bath house.
o   Fire Arms - Carrying or discharge of fire arms is prohibited.
o   Campsite Request - We try to honor campsite request, but the management has the right to switch RVs to another location when necessary.
o   Notice - The management is not responsiblefor damage, injury, or loss by accidents, fire, theft, etc. to either your property or the persons of any tenants or guests.
