Reservations for specific sites cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate a specific request.

* CHECK IN TIME :  at 12:00 PM.

* CHECK OUT TIME :  at 11:00 AM.

GUIDELINES :

• Fees are payable in advance at the office during regular business hours.
• Parking – One camper & one vehicle per site. Please do not park on the grass or on any unoccupied site.
• Campfires – Campfires in fire rings only. Please do not move fire rings.
• Water – Please help us conserve water. Washing vehicles is not permitted.
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
• Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your own site.
• Pets – All pets are to be quiet, leashed and cleaned up after.
• Fluid Discharges – State law requires that no fluid discharges of any kind, including sink water, be allowed to flow onto the ground.
• Be Considerate of your neighbors by walking on roads and not through campsites.
• Grass – Please save our grass – mats are to be placed on the pad or rocks instead of on the grass.
• Fishing in Spring Lake is catch and release for all guests to enjoy.
• No Swimming allowed in the lake.
• Garbage is to be placed in dumpster on left side of garage.
• Fire Arms – discharge of fire arms is prohibited.
• Campsite Request – We try to honor campsite request, but the management has the right to switch RVs to another location when necessary.

 Deposit Policy – Spring Lake RV Resort

We’re excited you’ve chosen to stay with us at Spring Lake RV Resort! To make sure your site is reserved and ready for you, we ask for a small deposit when you book your stay.

Reservation Deposits

• Nightly & Weekly Stays: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking.
• Monthly Stays: A $100–$200 deposit (depending on site type) is required to hold your site. This amount will be applied toward your first month’s rent.

We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and Discover for deposits and payments.

Balance Due

• For nightly and weekly stays, the remaining balance is due at check-in.
• For monthly stays, the balance is due on the first day of each month.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

• Nightly/Weekly Reservations:

*Cancel 7 or more days before arrival for a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.

*Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.

• Monthly Reservations:

*Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

No problem! If you need to adjust your arrival or departure dates, just give us a call. We’ll be happy to help you move your reservation based on availability.
